I used to really beat myself up because with so many students it's really difficult to know the ins and outs of their IEPs, as well as any other needs. Does anyone go over IEPs with you at the beginning of the school year? That's what I've started doing - I did have to go and ask for the information, though. <br />I've collaborated with general and special education teachers for research projects at the elementary level, and it is SO helpful when the special education teachers can be present during the research time. It's great for me to learn new strategies, and the students really benefit from their support.
